Four Elements Hotel FAQ’S



We’ve gathered some questions frequently asked by guests pre-arrival on one easy page. If we have not answered your query here, please get in touch.

Depending on the season we apply the following policy: In the quieter period, April to October we will charge a full one nights charge if cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival. Throughout the high season, November to March, there will be a one nights charge if cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival. Keemala will charge a full length stay charge if cancelled less than 5 days prior to arrival date. The peak season is 24 December through to 10 January, 3 nights will be charged if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival, full length stay charge if cancelled less than 7 days.
Depending on the package you\'ve opted for our restaurant offers international fine dining with a fusion of Thai cuisine and healthy, raw, vegetarian options for those who want to opt for something lighter. We have a great wine list and fantastic cocktails to choose from so there really is a balance of wholesome soul food on offer. Alternatively you may choose in-villa dining or request our Chef to prepare a barbecue. We have also a creative destination-dining menu and picnic options.
We put a lot of emphasis into our breakfast and offer a small buffet style of cuisine as well as an al la Carte menu to choose from. You\'ll enjoy a selection of fresh tropical fruit, fresh juice and smoothies, yoghurt, home made jams, toast, pastries, croissants, cereals, eggs, bacon, Asian breakfast items, coffee and tea and much more. For some guests who are taking time to focus on well being we offer a menu free from processed fats, and those who are looking for some indulgence, fear not, bacon, eggs, smoked salmon, cheese and prosecco are all available.

The hotel is very nice and the staff was very friendly! We had a balcony room but it is too chilly in March to properly use it. It would be nice in the warmer months to actually be able to sit on the balcony, since there is no furniture there. The rooms were overall nice, just a tad bit chilly too. It would have also been nice if the cleaning staff left more coffee pads for the machine (but I'm just an avid coffee drinker). The sky lounge was very nice, the view and the drinks are amazing! I was surprised that you can't smoke on the balcony but you can smoke on the sky lounge balcony.

Hier 1 nacht verbleven i.v.m. vlucht vanaf Schiphol. Prachtig hotel, erg smakelijk ingericht, zowel de algemene ruimtes als de kamers.

Vriendelijk personeel en uitgebreid ontbijt. Wij waren er op een woensdag in maart en toen was het parkeren onder het hotel geen probleem. Dat is prijzig (20 euro) maar je kunt er ook voor kiezen om je auto aan de weg te zetten, dan is het 's avonds/'s nachts gratis.

Prachtig hotel, heel sfeervol. Heerlijke bedden en mooie kamers. Ook totaal geen last van geluiden van andere hotelgasten. Ontbijt was ook super. Uitgebreid aanbod en lekker vers. Met het openbaar vervoer sta je zo in het bruisende centrum van Amsterdam. Al met al een aanrader.

Sehr modernes Hotel mit tollem Ausblick und guter Anbindung. Das Frühstück ist ganz große Klasse!!

Winziges Manko: meine Freundin meinte, das Licht im Zimmer reicht nicht, um sich ordentlich zu schminken. Und Parken ist sowohl im Hotel als auch an der Straße recht teuer. Aber ist eben Amsterdam, da gehört das ja fast dazu.

4 nuits passées dans cet hôtel. Petit-déjeuner varié (sucré et salé). Chambre correcte et bien aménagée.

Localisation de l'hôtel un peu excentrée mais 15min de tram suffisent à rejoindre la gare centrale. Nous cherchions justement à nous éloigner du centre et c'était parfait. Avec une vue magnifique de la chambre et du bar situé au dernier étage.

L'hôtel est très calme.
